We do full refunds for cancellations due to weather no matter what! If it’s not weather related, there is still always 100% full refund as long as you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your rental date.
If your rental duration is under 4 hours - we request that you start and finish your ride at the dc scooter shop.
If your rental duration is 4 hours or more - we offer free delivery + pickup from wherever you want! Just make sure when you finish your scooter rental you park and LOCK scooters in a safe and secure space that is visible from the street.
There is NO LAW requiring helmets. Most people do not wear helmets, but there are kids and few adult sized helmets at the scooter shop. Since we are a private fleet and independent scooter shop - dc scooters ARE ALLOWED on the sidewalk, street, bike lane, and pretty much anywhere.
